From the 29th of November to the 2nd of November the ERI will be hosting the 17 European Meeting on Environmental Chemistry (EMEC17) at Eden Court in Inverness, Scotland.
EMEC is organised annually on behalf of The Association for Chemistry and the Environment and always attracts interest from internationally renowned researchers who attend to offer presentations covering a broad array of subject matter within the field of environmental chemistry. But as well a host of exciting presentations, we are pleased to be welcoming three keynote speakers: Professor Mike Billett, Professor Jörg Feldmann, and Professor Phillip Whitfield.
In addition to our scientific programme we’re offering an exciting social program that includes the choice of two tours: a visit to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle or a trip to Glen Ord Distillery. The EMEC17 conference will conclude with a traditional céilidh and dinner at the world famous Strathpeffer Pavillion.
