Job Description

I joined ERI in August as an Energy Systems Modeller working on the SATE project.

Career

My new career journey started in 2014 when I decided to follow my lifelong dream to be an Engineer. I grew up in South Africa and studied Land Surveying after school. It has been 25 years since I moved to Scotland, where I worked as an IT Support Engineer for 15 years.

Qualifications

I graduated from UHI with a BEng (Hons) in 2018. Thereafter, I began my PhD in Marine Renewable Energy, focussing on tidal energy, which I am now completing in my own time.
