Net Zero Hub Coordinator

Dr Christine Anderson

Christine is Net Zero Hub Coordinator for the University of Highlands and Islands (UHI). Coordinating the development and delivery of a virtual hub covering cross-cutting themes and disciplines, enabling UHI-wide opportunity to engage with current and future net zero challenges and opportunities. Christine also co-leads the BSc (Hons) Environmental Science and lectures on the programme. Christine’s background is rooted in science, but much of her work is with people and their relationship with the environment and places they live. Her research interests broadly include environment and climate science communication, community led research, climate activism and social justice. Christine is the UHI Local Academic lead for Scotland Beyond Net Zero.
