New Podcast Features ERI Research Fellow Discussing Pollution Solutions

Dr Szabolcs Pap, Research Fellow at the Environmental Research Institute, features in the latest episode of the SAGES Climate Science Podcast. The series, supported by the Scottish Government's Climate Engagement Fund 2024/2025 and hosted by climate activist Laura Young, showcases Scotland’s leading scientists tackling key environmental challenges.

In Episode Six, Dr Pap joins Dr Will Harcourt from the University of Aberdeen to discuss the transformative role of technology in addressing environmental issues. Topics include artificial intelligence, digital twins, and biochar—a carbon-rich material created from organic waste that can capture carbon, treat water, and improve soil health.
